"Refund took a little while, but it worked out"
I ordered from sun-tee.com and ended up requesting a refund because the item just wasn’t quite what I had in mind. Their team did get back to me, though it wasn’t the quickest response, and I had to send one follow-up while I waited.
The refund did come through in the end, so I do appreciate that they handled it. I just think the process could’ve been a bit clearer upfront. Overall, not a bad experience, just a little slower than I expected...

"I was a little suspicious at first..."
I was a little suspicious at first because the fabric felt almost too soft and lightweight, but after washing it, it still wasn’t scratchy at all. It’s been really comfortable for everyday wear, so no complaints so far.

"Still looks good after a bunch of washes"
I’ve washed this shirt several times now and it still looks good. The material has held up well, and there aren’t any holes or weird worn-out spots yet. shirts like this usually either fall apart right away or last forever, and this one seems like it’s in the last-forever group

"Packed "really" well"
My order from sun-tee.com showed up in great shape. The packaging felt sturdy and was put together neatly, with no smashed corners or damage. The shirt was folded nicely too. Overall, I was "pretty happy" with how it arrived.

"Late again, unfortunately"
My delivery showed up late again, which was frustrating. The tracking didn’t really help much either, it barely gave me any useful updates, so I was just kind of waiting around not knowing what was going on.

"Color wasn’t quite what I expected"
The shirt arrived in decent shape and the print quality seems okay, I guess. I was just a little disappointed because the color didn’t really match what I saw on sun-tee.com. It looked brighter in the photos, but in person it’s kind of darker. It’s not a huge problem, and I’ll probably still wear it, but I do wish the pictures were a bit more accurate. Shipping was normal. Overall, I’d give it 3 stars

"Fit felt a little off"
I grabbed my usual size from Sun Tee, but the shirt ended up feeling tighter than I expected. It wasn’t uncomfortable enough to return or anything, but the fit just didn’t have that relaxed, true-to-size feel I was hoping for. I can still wear it, but if I ordered again, I’d definitely go one size up. Overall, it’s okay, just not quite right for me. 3 stars seems about fair

"Just a warning for anyone thinking about..."
Just a warning for anyone thinking about ordering this, my shirt took longer than expected to arrive, and once it finally got here, the material felt cheap. I wasn’t expecting anything super fancy, but it definitely didn’t feel like good quality. I personally wouldn’t order it again

"Return was easy, but I did expect an apology"
The return itself was simple and the emails were clear, so I can’t really complain about that. My refund came through quickly too. I thought it was going to be a bigger hassle, but it was fairly smooth. That said, I was kind of expecting a quick apology or some acknowledgment for the inconvenience, which would’ve been nice.

"Price seemed fair and pretty much what I expected"

I used a discount code on Sun Tee, and while it did take a little off the total, the final price still felt average to me. I expected more savings based on the promo, so I ended up reaching out to customer support to ask about it. Checkout itself was smooth and the code applied without any issues, which I appreciated. It wasn’t a terrible deal, but I wouldn’t call it amazing either. I’d maybe order again if they offer a better discount next time.

"Tracking was actually easy"
I got the tracking email quickly, which was a nice surprise, and the updates worked like they were supposed to. I could see where my order was the whole time, so there wasn’t any stress. for something that seems like it could easily be messed up, they handled it fine.

"Still holding up after lots of washes"
I bought a couple of tees from sun-tee.com and have washed them a bunch of times now. The print hasn’t cracked, the shirts didn’t shrink in some weird way, and the color still looks really nice. it’s just nice when a company sells you something that actually holds up like it should. Happy with them

"Fit seems to change each time"
Well... the sizing just feels really inconsistent. I can order the same size and it fits differently every time, which makes it frustrating to know what to expect.

"Pretty close to what I pictured"
I ordered a shirt from Sun Tee, it came out really close to the preview. The colors were a little darker in person, but not in a bad way, and the design was placed exactly where it should be with no weird printing issues. It wasn’t totally perfect, but it still felt nice to get something that matched what I had in mind. Overall, I’m happy with it.

"Customer service did get back to me..."
Customer service did get back to me and they eventually helped, so I can’t really say it was a bad experience. It just took longer than I expected, and I had to wait around for replies. What annoyed me more were the constant reminders, though, they felt a bit aggressive, especially when support wasn’t exactly moving fast on their end. Overall, it got sorted, but I wish the communication had been quicker and less pushy.

"Got it sorted eventually"
Had a bit of a hiccup with my order from sun-tee.com and I was annoyed at first. I reached out to support and they got back to me, not exactly lightning fast, but they did fix the issue properly. The shirt showed up fine in the end. Giving 4 stars because it all worked out, just wish it had been a bit quicker.
